Additionally, I really enjoy the kombucha and seltzer as well as the large selection of teas because I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but they have coffee drinkers covered with cold brews, espresso machines, and daily freshly brewed coffee.

Great location. It's easily accessible via public transportation. There's a Trader Joe's next door so it's easy to avoid over spending for lunch in touristy DT Santa Monica. The staff is friendly and the 24/7 access seals the deal.
