Intelligently designed workspaces, beautiful private offices, and generous conference rooms span two floors. —not to mention a pet friendly policy that’s perfect for the canine inclined. Commuting is simple with paid underground parking available in the Bellevue Place parking garage which is connected underground with the Hyatt Regency. We are located on the corner of 8th and Bellevue Way NE with retail stores on our first floor such as: Yardbird, Avocado and Joey's restaurant. Parking garage access can be found off of 10th street and another entrance on 8th street, between Bellevue Place and Chase Bank. After work, explore the surrounding neighborhood that offers an idyllic mix of lush outdoor spaces, retail shops, and enticing restaurants and bars to suit every occasion.

Nice sofas, tables with outlet, good drinks, private phone booth rooms, and wellness room. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes everywhere. this location also used bamboo tp so more environmentally friendly. There is a wellness room on the 6th floor but didn't show up in the app. This one has a comfy couch and one of the larger rooms ( not a closet like the one in NY). This one has boardgames and books. I saw connect four, uno, dominoes and for books they were in the wellness room. Like other locations (LA/NY), this location has cold brew , kombucha and raspberry tea on tap. Parking is not ideal here. The garage downstairs is 3 hours validation. Bellevue Square is nearby (3 minute walk), free all day and no validation needed. The view here is boring. You see the rooftop of crate and barrel. Since it is only the 5/6th floor, your views are blocked by Lincoln sqaure. Some individual gender neutral bathrooms and also gendered bathrooms in the same area as well
