Right next to World Trade Center and Wall Street. The best part of Manhattan. 7/24 access. Bright office. Many floors. Super clean bathrooms. Phone booths are essential for digital nomads, lots of them. Highly recommended to check it out.

All access space is the only place I could find a desk space, however that room felt miserable, gray and classroom like, my mood was put down
