Certo è un nuovo modo di lavorare e un nuovo modo di andare in ufficio ma gli spazi che offre we work sono davvero stimolanti e freschi nello stesso tempo. Lo stabile è molto bello ma soprattutto funzionale, non manca davvero nulla. Rende la giornata lavorativa molto più leggera. Bello condividere spazi anche con altre realtà.

Modern and nice coworking space in the central area of Milan. The staff is the nicest in Via Pisani out of all other WeWorks in Milan. The only problem is that not enough calling booths... Only 1 on the ground floor

L'ambiente è sempre molto pulito e ordinato, dalle postazioni alle aree comuni, come la cucina e i bagni. Un punto di forza dei wework è sicuramente la community, e qui non manca. Il personale della reception è molto cordiale e disponibile, e il prezzo degli uffici è giusto in relazione alla qualità offerta. Tuttavia, non posso dare una valutazione completamente positiva, poiché fuori dall'edificio la situazione è alquanto problematica. L'ingresso principale è frequentato da senzatetto che dormono o fanno i loro bisogni in pubblico, generando un forte odore di urina e causando uno stato di degrado generale. Oltre a disturbare e molestare le persone che escono dall’ufficio, la loro presenza incute insicurezza, in quanto non ci si sente al sicuro a lasciare biciclette o scooter nel parcheggio antistante. Spesso mi capita di finire la sera tardi, e sperare ogni volta di non essere rapinati o aggrediti non è bello. Suggerisco al community manager di intervenire e richiedere l'aiuto delle forze dell'ordine per ripristinare la sicurezza nell'area circostante. Nonostante il personale della struttura non sia direttamente responsabile di questo problema, questo influisce sull’esperienza generale che c’è nell’utilizzo del servizio.

Maleducata, arrogante, per niente ospitale  e insufficiente nel lavoro che svolge. Fortunatamente Chiara la manager della sede ha rimediato, ma consiglio vivamente da dirigente di un azienda tech di fornire un corso di aggiornamento alla sua collega per aiutarla a comprendere i valori d interazione con il pubblico e professionisti. Prima esperienza negativissima in un wework (ne ho frequentati tanti in giro per il mondo) che mi ha trasmesso un mood negativo al mio meeting. Deluso per la poca professionalità
