Our coworking space at South Fifth brings the future of work to South Beach Miami. WeWork South of Fifth occupies the whole building with three floors of sun-soaked offices and common areas—and two more reserved for parking. Being so close to MacArthur Causeway conveniently makes the building accessible from all over the city. Given South of Fifth’s proximity to South Beach Marina, our designs bring a nautical nuance into the workspace. For example, the lounges were created to feel like oversized cuddy cabins with lots of warm wood moldings, balanced with bright pieces of furniture to make the space feel lively—well-suited for break-outs or one-on-ones. You’ll even find hand-painted life rafts to keep you afloat when you’re knee-deep in deadlines. Our spacious common areas, micro-roasted coffee bar with baristas, and weekly events are a huge draw—but not all there is. South of Fifth boasts rows of huge windows and roof deck, so you can catch some rays during the day or enjoy stellar views during after-work events. You can even bring your best friend with our dog-friendly policy. With its unique design and great amenities, this is a business paradise.

Unlike other locations, this one has allocated the vacant offices to the All Access pass holders..which means you can get proper desks and chairs and aren't stuck in a breakout space. A must go place for remote workers or an event site. I decided to work from this WeWork on a Tuesday and it was a great choice. I decided to work from this WeWork on a Tuesday and it was a great choice. The team here Gio and Chantel are so communicative and attentive to making sure your day here is perfect. Thanks team for showing me how great this WeWork is. The floors are spacious and have coffee ready to go plus area to heat up food and eat along with utensils. The lighting on the top floor brings a good energy to help you get some work done. I had meetings in various floors throughout the day and I have no complains. In the day I went they even have free food for the building! I highly recommend PARKING in the public parking lot because it’s safe and just a walk away from the office! Will return in the future!

IMO the best place to “work” in Miami Beach.

Fantastic we work by the beach. Espresso, water, call booths, rooftop and hammocks. Maggie at the front is a magical human and always offering help when you need. I recommend working here.

The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, I love the build sign and building so I didn't get lost and the directions were pretty accurate on google maps.
