The community team at Broadway is amazing and they always make sure to plan engaging and fun events that foster interpersonal engagement and community. Additionally, I really enjoy the kombucha and seltzer as well as the large selection of teas because I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but they have coffee drinkers covered with cold brews, espresso machines, and daily freshly brewed coffee.

Great location. It's easily accessible via public transportation. There's a Trader Joe's next door so it's easy to avoid over spending for lunch in touristy DT Santa Monica. The staff is friendly and the 24/7 access seals the deal.

There are two locations nearby in Santa Monica. The one on Broadway is inside a large office building while the one on Arizona is on the street. Both places provide beer and have a kitchen, an open space, and offices upstairs. It is great to host small professional networking events and business meetings.

The space is gorgeous (we held an event and everyone wanted to meet there instead of where we normally meet!). Helped us book a conference room at the last minute to handle an emergency board meeting. Has coffee, keycard access, printers, and beers (nice touch).
