What is included in a WeWork Business Address membership?

One (1) dedicated business address, post and parcel handling, and two (2) credits per month to book co-working space or meeting rooms.

Is there a minimum commitment term for the WeWork Business Address membership?

The minimum commitment term is 6 months.

Can I access any WeWork location to book a workspace or meeting room?

You can book a workspace or meeting room at any WeWork location with availability on the WeWork app.

Can I have my post forwarded to a different address?

Yes, you have the option to sign up for Post & Parcel Forwarding on a weekly or monthly basis for an additional fee.

What if I need more than 1 co-working space booking (2 credits) in a month?

You can use as many credits as needed per month. If you use more than your allotted monthly credits, you will be billed for excess charges in the following month.

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office provides you with a professional business address and some of the perks of a conventional office without having to pay for a full-time office lease. Virtual office services enable you to quickly establish a corporate presence and build your brand by displaying a physical postal address instead of a PO box or home address.

How many locations is WeWork Business Address available in?

WeWork Business Address is currently available in 175+ buildings across the US, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Germany, and Singapore with more locations coming soon.

How can I use my WeWork Business Address membership?

You can use your WeWork Business Address membership as ’professional business address’ i.e. a company trading address for you to use on your business website, marketing materials, invoices, business cards, correspondence, licensing registrations, when opening bank accounts etc. It is everything you need to add credibility to your business. This can be distinguished from a ‘Registered Office Address’ which is your company’s official address used when registering your company with an official registry of incorporated businesses, e.g. the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland or Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) in Australia. You can use your WeWork Business Address membership for both purposes in all countries, except the US where use as a Registered Office Address is not currently permitted.

*Please note: You may also use a WeWork location as a registered office, subject to local regulations and the terms and conditions in the WeWork Business Address membership agreement. Registered office is not permitted in the US. WeWork will not act as an agent for service of process and will not accept process on a member’s behalf. Business registration is subject to local regulations. It is your responsibility to check the laws that apply to you and your business.
