Surprised it isn't busier. One thing that could be improved is the private phone booths which are both swelteringly hot and painted black with just a single, naked bulb for lighting which makes you look both sweaty and like you are dialling in to your call from outer space. Other than that minor issue it's great and I would happily come back

They squeezed us into the smallest room possible. It was literally impossible to use the whiteboard because people had to sit in front of it. Useless. Asked to move into a bigger room that was actually functional and was told we had to cancel the reservation and rebook to pay more for a larger conference room. Absurd since the place is massive and completely empty. All this while we are wasting time and should be in our meeting. Good customer service would have just moved us to a new conference room and apologized. Use another facility.
